Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because colored contact lenses are FDA-regulated medical devices worn directly on the eye, special hygiene and safety rules apply to returns. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Sealed, Unopened Products
You may return unopened, undamaged lenses in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The protective seals must be fully intact. To start a return, email us at myeyecolors@gmail.com with your order number.
Opened or Used Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lenses once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, even if worn only once. This is standard practice across the contact lens industry and protects all of our customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at myeyecolors@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible (sealed, unopened) returns. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
Health & Safety Notice
Colored contact lenses are medical devices. Never share lenses, and always follow proper wear and care instructions. If you experience eye discomfort, redness, or vision changes, stop wearing the lenses and consult an eye care professional.
